At Noor's Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable.
  • Final sale items and clearance jewelry are non-returnable.
  • Diamonds and certain high-value pieces may have special conditions.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at (916) 767-0002 within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your expense (unless the item is defective).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
