At Noor's Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All sales are made in-store at our Sacramento showroom.

Return Window All our sales are final.

Eligibility for Returns

Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable.
Final sale items and clearance jewelry are non-returnable.
Only items that are damaged during shipment can be returned. Must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Provide your receipt and reason for return.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (916) 767-0002 with photos. We will inspect the item in-store and offer a replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for eligible items in-store only, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
